Who bills me?

Paddle is our merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, handles GST and issues your invoice.

Do I need a card for the preview or the trial?

No. The preview is free and the 14-day trial starts when you claim your site. The trial never charges you automatically; a paid plan starts only when you choose one.

How do I cancel?

From your settings, at any time. Your site stays online until the end of the period you have paid for. Plans are month to month, with no lock-in contract.

Can I take my content with me?

Yes. Download your content from settings at any time. After your paid period ends, we keep your drafts and media for 30 days so you can retrieve them.

What does a custom domain cost?

Connecting it is included, and we do it for you. You register and pay for the domain separately with a registrar you choose, and it stays in your name.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Your first draft is prepared for you as part of the free preview.

What about refunds?

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

When can I pay?

This is pilot pricing. Checkout opens to pilot customers once their preview is claimed.

Start free. Decide later.

Your preview costs nothing, and your trial never charges you automatically.
